Serving the Kingsway, Humber Valley & Lakeshore

Junk Removal & Property Cleanouts in Etobicoke

Etobicoke was built when a garage was meant to hold a car and a workshop. Seventy years later, those deep post-war garages hold everything else — and bringing them back to bare concrete is our favourite job in the city.

The deep garage belongs to Etobicoke

The Kingsway, Sunnylea, Humber Valley and Alderwood were built when a garage was expected to hold a car and a workbench. Seven decades on, they hold everything else: inherited furniture nobody could face selling, three generations of tools, and the lawn equipment arms race that comes with mature trees and a corner lot. These deep singles and doubles are the most dramatic transformation we do — packed to the rafters at nine, bare degreased concrete by dinner.

Long-held homes, handled quietly

The same streets hold Etobicoke's other specialty: the family home owned for forty years. Estate and downsizing clearings in the Kingsway and Princess-Rosethorn get our most discreet crews. Photographs, documents and anything that looks personal go into a clean labelled bin and come to the family — never into the truck. Donations are receipted where our partners issue them, which matters when an estate's paperwork is being reconciled.

Humber Bay's condo shoreline

Along Lake Shore and Park Lawn, the Humber Bay towers turn over constantly. That work runs on building rules rather than muscle: elevator bookings, dock windows, and a COI on file before we arrive. We handle those weekly and hand back a unit that's showable, not just empty.

Why Etobicoke response times are among our fastest

Our crews' routes run the Queensway and the 427, which puts most of Etobicoke inside an easy reach. Same-day slots are frequently available here when they're tight elsewhere in the GTA. If your timing is urgent, it's worth calling rather than assuming.

Good Questions

Etobicoke Disposal & Pricing Questions

Does the City pick up large furniture and appliances?

Yes. The City of Toronto collects oversized items such as appliances, furniture and carpets on your regular garbage collection day, set out 0.5 metres (2 feet) from your bins and at the curb by 7:00 a.m. Bulky furniture like couches and mattresses does not need to be dismantled, but you must remove the doors from fridges, ovens and similar appliances first. Verified against the City of Toronto Oversized & Metal Items page, July 2026.

What won't the City take from the curb?

Construction and renovation waste — drywall, wood, and similar debris — is not collected at the curb, and neither is household hazardous waste such as paint tins and fluorescent tubes. Those must go to a City Drop-Off Depot. This is the single most common reason a Toronto renovation cleanout stalls, and it is exactly the sort of load we handle in one visit instead. Verified against the City of Toronto Oversized & Metal Items page, July 2026.

What about carpet?

Carpet must be tied in rolls no heavier than 20 kilograms (44 pounds) and no longer than 1.2 metres (4 feet). If you're clearing a whole home's worth of broadloom, that is a lot of cutting and tying — we take it as-is. Verified against the City of Toronto Oversized & Metal Items page, July 2026.

What does a cleanout cost in Etobicoke?

Garage cleanouts start from $495, our mid-level finish from $795, and full-property or estate work from $1,195. Your exact price depends on volume, weight, access and the finish level you choose, and it is fixed at a free on-site valuation before a single item moves. We don't quote blind over the phone — we'd have to pad the number to protect ourselves, and you'd be paying for our guesswork.
