Video can't see what's behind a stack of boxes or underneath a workbench, so we deliberately read a space generously rather than optimistically — we would much rather come in at or under what you were told than surprise you on the day.
Your actual price is fixed in person, free, before a single item moves. That's the number that counts, and once we agree it on site it doesn't change. If the space turns out to be smaller than the video suggested, you pay the smaller number.
Some jobs we won't price from video at all — the largest, most detailed transformations have too much riding on the specifics. In those cases we'll say so plainly and come look.
